We provide all basic architectural services for executing your project. All work is fully computerized and most of our clients enjoy sharing online and emailing presentations as the process unfolds.
Our contract agreements make clear what you can expect from us and what each part of the services will cost. We work with a number of consulting firms providing structural, mechanical and civil engineering design as well as the surveyors and environmental testing required for our work.
As additional services, you may wish to have us create your programming documentation, have us draw furniture plans & custom millwork detailing or provide on-site representation or job inspection reports.
Each contract agreement is written specifically for you. There's no sense in buying services you don't need. All initial project consultations and subsequent written proposals are offered at no charge or obligation to you, so please feel free to take advantage of this offer.
